I want to thank you for all your help. It’s been over one year now and when I reflect back on how we were treated by our previous Real Estate/Rental Agents, I know that we made the right decision moving across to you. Our previous agent lied to us about how the tenants were looking after our property, we could never get hold of her by phone, the tenants were always late with the rent – and the list goes on!
I was impressed with the way you took over from the Real Estate agency with the minimum of fuss (I was expecting trouble from them because of the terms of their contract) then you handled the extremely difficult tenants, and eventually took on a new tenant who has given us no trouble whatsoever. In fact, this proves what proper ‘vetting’ can do. This is so important to us because our properties are for investment purposes and we bought them fairly recently so they are nowhere near ‘cash positive’. For this reason, we cannot afford to have or properties vacant because the mortgage repayments would cripple us. As you know, our latest tenant wanted to break their lease to move elsewhere. I can’t believe how quickly you managed to rent it out (with a rent increase too!)
